Dating Timeline
April continues to treat COVID-19 patients, clashing with a resident who refuses to intubate a patient who is having trouble breathing. She argues with Ethan about letting the patient’s mother visit, which is against protocol. When Ethan finally comes around, April is dismayed to discover that it is too late as the mother is brought in in critical condition, also having caught the virus. April and Ethan get a pregnancy test, which turns out to be negative.
Thankfully, Lena proved time and time again that she was a good person and so she and James began their relationship. Ultimately though, they lacked chemistry and cut off their relationship in the following season. Alex had never really consciously considered the possibility that she might be gay and so her feelings for Maggie were really confusing. This storyline was met with applause from fans and critics alike for its realistic portrayal of the process of coming out.
Mon-El awakened Querl Dox from his hibernation in order to help Kara and Alex watched with the others. Mo-El and Imra told Alex and the others about their mission and that they know Reign eventually left but with Supergirl out of commission, Reign is creating terror. Alex was taken care of by Querl, in which Alex decided to watch over Kara, she would use words of encouragement that Querl would use to help Kara awaken.
Granted, it seemed like nearly everyone hooked up with everyone at some point during their time at the hospital, but Karev and Izzie seemed to keep finding their way back toone another at different points of their medical journeys. So, although Izzie has been absent from the show for quite some time, it does make a bit of sense that Karev’s departure had something to do with her. Although many fans were shocked by this ending for Karev, the history of his relationship with Izzie might bring back some of those warm fuzzies that made fans fall in love with the pair in the first place… And maybe even help them cope with Karev’s unexpected decision and the toll it took on Jo Wilson . Alex is glad Maggie is finding closure, and wonders if maybe this will change her stance on being a parent. She says that’s all she’ll need, and needs to know if Alex feels the same way.
She had always been five steps ahead of everyone in her life, which is why she never learned to communicate her feelings, but now she felt like he was five steps ahead of her and she didn’t know how to catch up. He replied that the only thing he and April never saw eye to eye on was God and now that he finally believed, April had married someone else. He had realized he needed to grieve the end of that marriage and what Harriet had lost because of it, and he didn’t know how to talk to Maggie about it.

Alex thought it was another sign and tried to keep her calm while she urged everyone to get out, disturbing the celebratory toast. However, she turned out to be right and they evacuated the penthouse with the other characters. Out on the street, Alex introduced his mother to Meredith, who confirmed she and Alex were each other’s best friend. Alex and Jo then took Helen home and helped her get settled on their couch. Despite her being right about the fire, they still were not convinced she was okay. With the holidays approaching, Alex chose to gift everyone on staff a ham.
It will be a joy to see a part of Maggie and Glenn’s story come to life, and even more heart-warming to see Glenn himself echoed in the boy’s face and personality. After a bumpy start, the episode smoothed out for Maggie when she saved the life of a mother and child and found the cause of death for a child whose parents were blaming themselves. “I’m glad you’re here,” Owen said, recognizing Maggie’s intelligence as she stepped out from Cristina’s shadow. As he and April are leaving for the night, they run into Steve in the lobby. He announces that he is not coming back due to the stress of his first day in the ED, and the prospect of having to do this work for the rest of his life.
After learning how career-orientated and driven she was, Jackson made a move on Cristina. Although Cristina was in a relationship with Owen, she must have felt some sort of attraction because she reciprocated. Who knows what would have happened if they went down this path. Since his arrival on Grey’s Anatomy ten years ago, fans have noticed that Jackson hasn’t had much luck in the romance department.
Alex’s streak of brutal honesty caused Addison to be on the receiving end of legal action, when he persuaded a patient’s husband to sue the hospital for Addison’s “mistake” in “Blue’s for Sister Someone”. Furious, she informs a stunned Alex that he would be placed permanently under her service. Despite his lack of interest in obstetrics and gynecology, he has exhibited some flair for it as he managed to deliver a premature baby by himself. After Jo visited her birth mom and entered a depressive episode, Alex stayed by her side and helped her recover. Jo felt bad for being another one of his crazy women and offered him an out, but instead, later on, Alex proposed to her again.
Lexie Grey
The judge wanted to postpone the hearing but Alex loudly objected. He had brought together a whole group of people who had been treated by Meredith and had all come from all over the country to testify on her behalf. He had also gathered letters of support from Cristina, Addison, April, Callie, and Arizona. He read Cristina’s out loud and offered to keep going but the judge had heard enough.
Maggie is then forced to reveal that her and her sisters are witches. In “Curse Words”, while at Jordan’s 26th birthday party, Maggie began to wonder if he could still be cursed. Soon, she had a vision of a neon sign falling on top of Jordan and killing him. Maggie was able to prevent this from happening by tackling Jordan and knocking him out of the way just before the sign fell. When asked about his immediate family by Maggie, Jordan revealed that his male relatives dead before the age of 26.
Kelly helped Alex recover and trust in love again and so they were both rewarded. It says something about a couple that they’ve only appeared in a handful of episodes and yet are still loved by fans regardless. Of course, it does help thatSuperman and Lois are the probably the most famous comic book couple of all time, but it’s still impressive nonetheless.
He picked the green one as it was his favorite color as a child. Despite Alex’s fallout with Josie and the popular clique, her friendship with Vicki persisted for some time. She loved sleeping over at Vicki’s house, in which they would share a bed. However, Alex eventually developed feelings for her friend, much to her confusion and alarm. As a result, she began subconsciously pushing Vicki away by starting fights with her over almost everything, even if it was stupid or insignificant, until the pair drifted apart. This memory hurt Alex so much that she repressed it for years, consequently not coming out as a lesbian until much later in life.
